During the tour of the South Cotswolds we again stray away from the main roads and explore the lanes and breathtaking countryside which links the villages. This tour takes us through beautiful villages and small towns of this area, some of which are tucked away in remote valleys, which appear as if time has passed them by. We can see how the Cotswold stone changes from a golden hue to a lovely creamy pale colour as we wend our way through this remarkable area. We can visit the villages and towns of Withington, Northleach, Sherborne, Burford, Lechlade, Fairford, Bibury, Cirencester, Sheepscombe, Painswick and more, combining the well known with the “undiscovered.”
